A good point. I think for humanity to develop generally, the ability to ‘trust ourselves’ is really significant. There seems to be a general consensus among most people who become interested in self custody for it to spill over into other areas eg what we believe, who we ‘trust’ in politics/world news etc. Having more trust in ourselves can really fine tune analytical skills for life, I feel
Hot take: users should have multiple pubkeys that are associated with their profile and they can post from. If one gets rugged, no big deal, just drop it from your kind-[idk yet] and add in a fresh one. Follow lists should be periodically resynced and individual relationships should be individual events.
