I'm finding Saylor's opinions less and less useful.

Looks like he is confused but he says he studied the #bitcoinwhitepaper

It is in his best interests to not say bitcoin is an attack on the dollar. Saylor has to play the game and he realizes this.

I’m inclined to agree with Saylor that Bitcoin is capital and a security…that is until obfuscated lightening transactions bring the currency functionality to the blockchain. Good luck keeping KYC on those volumes.
