It’s definitely true people wear masks even alone, alone in the car, outside, on the beach. Crazy.

Indeed, recent research had shown astonishingly low effects of these masks. Even metastudies.

It’s pretty easy to figure out without any research. If a kindergarten full of kids doesn’t get that many cases that often, you know you probably have a low chance of catching anything. Kids are master germ spreaders.

It's also pretty easy to figure out if you just look at the fact that masks have plenty of airgaps all around them, and that the virus spreads through airborne particulates not saliva droplets. Surgical mask boxes have had warnings written on them since the beginning that they are ineffective against covid. I've always seen masks as a tool governments use to keep people “on edge”, not as a way to actually do anything for disease prevention.
