I get it. Ppl love to talk about their health choices and esp the food they eat. I’ve been there too, with great success. And it’s great to share and have company of others. After all, a healthy lifestyle is as much a social journey as it is a personal one. All this is natural.

However, one size does NOT fit all, no matter how well it fits one.

Especially in the health journey … not only does each person have to make their own choice, but also, every one of these may (and probably will) be different in some way.

So take it easy with the propagandizing already. Allow for exploration.

Nobody cares what a vegan thinks

Ok

I don't know why my previous comments went all haywire, anyways, I agree that we need to avoid becoming zealots on both sides, very few people can/will do a 100% version of either diet. From my journey and research into this space though, it seems that meat should be the main food source for humans and is actually sustainable in the long run. Vegans begin having nutritional deficiencies after around 5 years, unless they supplement, which means it's a nutrient deficient diet. So eat veggies and some fruit if you want, but make sure you add plenty of fatty meat to that dish.
