#### The Dangers of Judgement: Are You Being Prejudiced?

As the old expression goes: "Clean your own backyard first before you clean other people's backyards."

This means that it is easy to criticise others; it is easy to throw stones at them. Perhaps you may think you would do better than they would if given the same resources.

Do not forget that you cannot speak on behalf of other people's lives unless you have lived and experienced their lives as they do.

Everyone's experience is unique, and before you go vilifying others' actions, try to be in their shoes first. You may not be able to truly understand their reasons or purposes, but the least you can do is have compassion for their situation by stripping away your own beliefs and values — try to see things through their eyes!! 🫂
