maybe but none of the dog owners have a phone in their hands because they have a leash. they are forced to live in the real world for that small moment in time on the walk
And parents walking with their kids outside usually are staring into their phones? 😂

Bad culture thing. Would again go back to where you live, that's not everywhere
i travel around a lot and i see almost every parent at every park on their phones big city and small towns alike
