Thanks Henry, I had some bio yogurt for breakfast with almonds and walnuts. Will defo avoid the news, screens not possible with work but I'll also check for some Rhodiola cheers :)

👍I like 5greens, all the stuff I have tried of theirs is good quality and not too expensive.
