I'd still be using my first mobile if I hadn't dropped it and it still received calls. I'm old enough that I remember when stuff was made to last and you could repair it yourself in most cases. You could fix a vcr with a rubber band, change your own oil without having a degree and three elbows. I find modern consumerism and society disgustingly wasteful.
