I think BlueSky is all #FOMO. The initial 3 million signups happened because of the whole “invite” thing. These guys wanted to be part of the next biggest thing after Twitter, especially because of nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m‘s association with BlueSky

I’m not sure if it will sustain as people realize that all the old-timers are still on Twitter

Nostr is different. Its organic growth comes from the solid bitcoin connect and not just #FOMO
