I would say yes. But I'm not sure I agree with the thesis. If usg starts stacking publicly and gets into hash rate how is that not accelerating things?
Maybe they’re both catalysts but one just kicks things into overdrive. Reliance on Bitcoin seems to be an inevitability in most cases.
