⚑️🚨πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ ALERT - Chaos can be seen on the streets of Madrid after a massive power outage across Spain, Portugal and parts of France.

On April 28, 2025, Spain and parts of France experienced a brief, widespread power outage lasting only a few seconds.

This blackout disrupted internet access and other services, including 5G networks, for all users in the affected areas.

Services have since been restored, and authorities are investigating the cause, which initial reports suggest may be linked to a grid synchronization issue between the two countries' power systems.

Recent posts on X indicate ongoing discussions about the incident, with some users speculating about potential cybersecurity threats, though no official confirmation has been provided.

I don't have electricoty....it's not sorted...

I hope it gets better soon, you've got the day off so it should be fine πŸ˜†

It's not too bad if it's for few hours, but it becomes a problem if it lasts longer.

I had an UPS when I lived in Panama, for my pc, my router and also to charge the celulars if the blackout lasted long. It's just a big battery, and it prevents a PC from suddenly going out and losing your work, but it helps for a few minutes if you keep the pc on, to hours if you just let the router running for wifi.

Same, all Portugal still down. Maybe not the islands

Mandibles. Incompetency crisis. But it doesn't matter since the energy companies meet all DEI standards.
