I emphatically told our GM a couple weeks ago in front of our admin and three other employees that I was done getting squeezed and that “I wasn’t going to do a bunch of unpaid hours and be a bitch like everyone else. Especially when all we’ve seen in the face of a 40% cost of living over 5 years is a measly 2.9% raise”. I still have my job. They hired someone to take the extra projects they were trying to get me to absorb. 🖕🏽

I don't recall which gM you're referring to tho. Should of just paid you for your time 😂 now they got pay extra employee ins and taxes. 😆 Hopefully you helped those co workers start to realize that time is more valuable than what we're all ignorantly werkin for. I forgot who says it....but why would you work for something that someone else can print for free?

I'm just trying to hold on to what I got and invest in myself. To busy for stocks, cryptos gay, fuk 401ks. It's amazing what Bitcoin can do for you with a little work 🤙
