One more thing. When one is in their 40s, which he was for his transformation I think and I was when I was taking them, you sometimes may want a a chemical nudging to get where ya going.

Well yea the whole package helps but if you're not in your 40s yet, you see what I mean one day. I was doing all that since my whole life pretty much, just was never into lifting. And at 39 when I started lifting, I added a tool to the toolbox after a year of dedicated lifting with next to zero gains.
Here's someone's analysis from a blog dealing with anabolics I just found. Maybe its accurate, maybe BS, but seems like a good place for a reasoned analysis IMO
