Men are constantly #criticised at work, at play and even at home. It is extremely rare for men to be #praised for even the simplest of things. Men are also more #critical of themselves, than anyone else could ever say out loud. When we make #mistakes, we feel it in our bones. Our #pride and #ego takes a massive hit. That said, just the smallest praise for the most basic things can pick up a man froman funk. A "wow, good stuff", or a more personal " I really #appreciate that" can make all the difference in the world.
