My daughter (3) is becoming the ultimate protector.

Tonight, after a hard fought game of labyrinth with her sister and brother, we were lying on the floor and she proceeded to tell me:

“Dad, I love you so much I will never let you get hurt. If a bad guy comes in, and I’m colouring in the craft room, I’ll run over and punch them in the eyeball”

Kids display their true emotions ♥️

The more I think about this the more beautiful it is. Granted, there is some ignorance to the strength disparity between her and the “bad guy”, but she is suggesting she put herself in harms way to defend me.

She knows I am stronger than her. But she doesn’t care.
