It isn't like the growth of the prefrontal cortex depended on the invention of cooking making food easier to digest. If you aren't using your prefrontal cortex that might not matter to you, it does matter to me.

I mean, adults still eating milk and eating the milk of other species is basically unknown in nature. No expert consulting required to question you.

I'm also not falling for the classic "don't trust experts trust me" that is just a different self declared expert expecting blind obedience.
