I interacted with Bo years ago before Payday 2 was released. He seemed like a chill guy. The game appeared to have a bright future ahead of it, only for Payday 2 to become filled with DLC (after they promised they wouldn't) and reverse every good decision it had implemented during the beta. I hate how gamers think every game can become like No Man's Sky and somehow "fix" the gameplay loop after release.

I played a little of payday 2 back in the day and it didn't hooked me up. Never played the first game though.

As physical copies maxi I won't buy a game that needs heavy fixing.

I hate buying physical copies of games that will clearly have a new release because it has so many DLCS, so definitely not going to venture buying a physical copy of a broken game that can't be fixed.

Street Fighter in a nutshell lol imagine my surprise discovering that most of classic characters was DLC in SFV. Good thing I deslike that game since IV.

I'm sad about payday 2, and definitely more so about payday 3. My feeling towards it if someone tells me to play it is "nah.. kinda meh".

When I first saw the first gameplay trailer for PD3 my thought was "is that it? what is this?"

Yeah, it was lukewarm at best even when they revealed it lol
