An interesting experiment might be to set up various relays that echo twitter posts, signal posts, mastodon posts (et cetera), from curated news outlets, celebrities, and trending hashtags. If the relay echos them all without promotion / demotion or censoring... it makes you wonder what topics would continue to live or die in a truly organic viral environment like this.
