Been working around the bright light/red light day routine, and the sleep has been so much more peaceful and effortless. Turning on the bright lights in the morning to set the circadian rhythm has been just as important as switching to red lights and candles after sunset for me. I just wish I wasn't up from 5am Sunday morning wide and alert =) but its been a productive one! Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday and an even better week ahead ❤️
