Does anyone know what this is? I thought it was sage. Leafsnap says it might be Jerusalem Sage. But it seems to have no smell when bruised or pinched.

Pretty sure it's Lambs ear.
Some type of sage would have been my first guess. But it dosent have woody stems so I'd go with borage or a very young mullen.
