What does it do .. why is good to have them back to US ?
It's a privacy tool for Ethereum. I'm not well versed on the technicals of eth so I'll leave it at that.
Privacy tools are important, many people would like to transact without revealing their identity or their entire balance.
Hopefully this represents a change in sentiment that could be favorable for the samourai wallet developers.
Oh .. I get it now .. it opens the way for Samurai to get back in .. I see
