It is no exaggeration to say that US regulators, through a combination of incompetence and malfeasance, are driving these business under or out of the country altogether.

Sad that we have capital controls crippling the innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. The people with that kind of drive are also the ones that will mostly vote with their feet.
I’d love for innovation to exist here, but it’s becoming untenable.
