Currently, ai art is just another powerful tool an artist can use. Like a mathematician’s use of a scientific calculator. Or a writer’s use of spell and grammar check.
“True art” is entirely subjective. Like value.

Sure AI will be a tool for artists but right now there is a lot of misuse and grey area.

All technology is disruptive by nature because it pushes productivity and benefits early adopters.
If you’re in the business of digging holes and someone invents a shovel. You either start using shovels or you change careers. Adapt or die.

Using my image and copyrighted photos is not right
Sampling my voice either
Creating models tgatvpurposedly mimic brands like ghibli style and living artists
Adapt? We cannot compete with a drawing done in seconds and yes we will have to adapt, prigress never go backwards
But it is also fair that we express our concerns where there is misuse or affects
And ideally some will care
