What is the #nostr equivalent of YouTube?

Looking to upload videos and have them stored there. I know nostr:npub1eaz6dwsnvwkha5sn5puwwyxjgy26uusundrm684lg3vw4ma5c2jsqarcgz but that’s for streaming / saving streams.
