For The U.S. the best way forward is decriminalizing Bitcoin, & Crypto.

Legalization is Regulation.

Criminalization is Penalization.

Someone, once said Decriminalization is the best way forward (regarding drugs) since Legalization will bring subpar drugs (due to set standards), and will bring taxation.

Bitcoin needs to operate in a gray market like cash, legal but also vague enough that loopholes can be exploited.
