Every job is a bitcoin job when you convert some of your paycheck to bitcoin.
Also, when you educate yourself about bitcoin (practical usage, disinflationary economics, technical concepts, etc...), you are adding value to future conversations where you can help someone else understand it. If you can help reach a point where they decide to buy and hodl it, that takes some of the aupply off the market, making everyone's bitcoin (including yours) rarer.
