With you other hand stroke your thigh from upper thigh down towards knee).

Repeat for a bit.

Swap hands.

(I don't recommend doing this in public, you will look very odd).

Yes, I can do it. Took a second when switching hands for my brain to coordinate it lol but then it was fine.
