Lower fees on the surface. Is this a sign the "inscriptors" are getting cheap with the fees?

I've noticed max fees are coming down slowly but purge fee is going up steadily.
It's almost like they will meet. Some kind of an equilibrium.
Inscriptors are slowly figuring out the exact fee to pay?
Dylan Le Clair posted this on twitter. The graph suggest inscriptions are not the biggest fee source for miners (so far).
