Are you using lnbits.com? If so then the buck stops there and you are pretty private since that is custodial and your node are only seen by lnbitc.com node.

If you use your own lnbits instance connected to your own node you are using your own node to create invoices and that is not so private, but you only expose your lnbits account funds so not all your nodes funds are exposed.
