Those who are just starting to chase the luck in bitcoin listen to this one episode. Here is my quick 5 cents regarding the job hunting based on my experience and those like me who decided to stay in fiat land and mine dirty $(🙈😂):

1. Bitcoin job market should stop using fiat approach to hire someone.

2. Salary aren’t competitive vs fiat land unless you will get a good position and equity cut.

3. Contribution and volunteering might help you to make connections but count only on yourself.

4. The majority of Bitcoin companies are startups and be prepared to be laid out in the bear market.

5. If you like to simp and don’t respect yourself: simp harder it might help you.

Good luck and I wish that more and more plebs will get what they are looking for 🫡 nostr:note165d0ac7035heue5ndza0n4fakrndn7yeftfj4gsuc04t6gkdvk4sysjwlc

This is kind of why I stopped looking for jobs in the Bitcoin space. wouldn't mind doing Sysadmin or web dev work for a Bitcoin company....but im not a hardcore simp and so far ive been rejected even if I get an interview.

Rather just build my own company and hire Bitcoiners when I get to that point. Lmao.

Yes! That’s makes sense.

have not listened to this pod, but Yegor is speaking straight up FACTS in his 5-point synopsis.

Nailing down the reality 🫡

I gotta say salary is very competitive. Previous gig were offering me only fake money. I dont accept fake money.
