never ever go to DMV ( department of motor vehicles ) in person.

try to handle it online if possible.

in the past DMV always meant 3 hour line. today oddly enough i waited less than 5 minutes but the location i went to was next to some strip mine / cement factory and within minutes i could taste that cement in my mouth.

fucking government will always find a way to screw you over. there is no way to deal with government and not get fucked. stay away if you can.
