Yesterday, the Supreme Court ruled that the U.S. government can continue to pressure social media companies to take down content it doesn’t like.

"I don't own the relay" 🤷
orders relay to take it down.
*broadcast* oopsies 🤭
Writing about this soon, but I hope we'll have a re-try. The case was mostly "punted" on because of lack of jurisdictional standing. But RFK's case could be one way we can finally enforce the injunction to disallow gov't agencies from coercing social media outlets
Thanks for the context. Glad to hear there may be another shot soon.
it's hard to fathom how in the subject of COVID "misinformation" (which was obviously not now (on Ivermectin made for humans effectiveness and mRNA vaccine safety) the court found "no harm" done from the government directed censorship
“Doctor, heal thyself!”
And they did it in the sneakiest way by saying the plaintiffs had no “standing”.
By pretending the plaintiffs were not directly affected by the censorship campaigns (which, of course, everyone was) the court could dismiss the case without addressing the core issues.
Shameful cowards.
Should we be worried?
