Thanks for explaining, Stuart. I'd reckon this will not be an easy one to figure out as everyone wants to stay out of everything bad twitter algo had to offer. However, one thing i found useful was the 'topic of interest', and maybe this might benefit you among your other hard-to-fake metrics.
