It’s not that people who don’t understand Bitcoin are stupid, they’re just ignorant.

However, if you *do* understand Bitcoin and are still against it, you are stupid.

Ignorance is a lack of knowledge; stupidity is a lack of wisdom/judgment, even in the presence of knowledge.

This reeks of blank slateism. There are plenty of people who are too naturally stupid to understand Bitcoin. It's not just that they won't, it's that they simply can't.

We don't like to talk about this. It seems uncouth, but it is the truth.
