I use moments like this to refine my follow list and mental models
It really boils down to 3 groups
1. Care about innocent human life
2. Demons
3. “What is the government plotting”
Definitely saw these patterns

I am not a demon. You can follow me,e. I am a living breathing human being on the other end here…just like you. I abhor political violence as well but let’s not pretend this is wholly a left wing (or right wing) problem.

Yep, it does have that effect. You really see how much toxicity is out there. Don't give in and sink to that level, it does you no good. Be prepared, but focus your efforts on building a better future. As long as there is hope the forces of darkness can't win.
