Out of body experiences are interesting but into body experiences are even better from my perspective. The physical body is the latest tech that we are learning to handle, the astral body is old news.
Instead of escaping the body we can go into and through the darkness of our body and find the center of time and space.
I have been there Sama. In fact I often go there… I was hoping to try somewhere different for a change 😁
