It rises and withdraws as weather commands it, and in some places more than others , like Venice or Miami and so many other coastal places in the world. So for writing fiction, it is easier for me to bring things to the concrete of what some of these places could be facing in the future and what potential plans could help people utilize tech to enhance their antifragility.
