If you don't have a 2FA Yubikey or another FIDO compatible device, you should get one. I see passkey support on the web more and more. Hope that soon passwords will die, for real this time.

Alternatively, Google sells the Titan security key for only 35 bucks and it's fully FIDO compatible.

Just get one anon.

Buy more than 1, set them up with your accounts at the same time. The extras are backups in case your main one is lost or suffers failure. Will save a lot of time and headache trying to recover.
