I THINK A GOOD ANALOGY IS “THOUGHT CRIMES” FROM 1984 OR “PRECRIME” FROM MINORITY REPORT.

Minority Report is such an underrated Tom Cruise Sci-fi masterpiece.

Solution is the same as society. Create the city or town you want to live in & self police via calling out bad actors. Keep the bigger world small & clean your fucking room.
