Definitely.

Today I'm celebrating a one-year anniversary of removing the last 2 toxic people from my life (and removing myself from theirs).

It was my first year of normal life after decades of being psychologically poisoned for no good reason.

To be honest I even suspect real life starts today, because I've now probably finished my psychological «detox» (I think it definitely can take up to a year).
