thx I''l do it at the link you gave, full logs etc.

The permissions were not asked, but were on 'not allowed' indeed. The camera permissions (from noob non tech standpoint) can't be easily set or message to user on-screen is missing.

The camera/scan issue was fixed by going to app permissions and change it manually.
