Hoo don't worry about it, I actually have that kind of magnesium here. I just didn't know it could help in such scenario.. oh if I knew this years ago 😥
I have to learn this in the hard way, suffered from acid reflux for few years. mostly is related to gas accumulated, burp if you must and check teeth because could cause that too.
