so, it turns out that in addition to the double vision, tinnitis, muscle weakness and mental fog, high carb foods also give me severe dental nerve tweak pain

i'd forgotten how bad it was, i remember when i got it twice from marks and spencers chips (covered in maltodextrin) and was in agony for 2 weeks

this time it's just malt and white pepper... it happened the other day a little from the pepper but went away, but this time it's driving me nuts... idk how i'm gonna sleep even... i can't hold my jaw closed because whatever it is that is going on also includes swelling under the tooth and it hurts to close the teeth together, in fact it feels like the tooth is taller than normal, as well, but that could just be the pain... no, i'm pretty sure that the tooth is raised upwards... and the whole tissue around it and the muscle behind it are also spastic and swollen

i have to go back to the milk diet... just not UHT... i was much better when i was on the milk diet, my mouth never did this shit for almost 4 months, i'd forgotten how vulnerable i was to it

i should be ok by tomorrow and that's it, no more salads, no more beer no more pepper or chilli... milk, cheese, steaks, that's it... maybe sometimes apples or oranges

It sounds like you have a deficiency and as a result it’s f****** your mouth up. A complete raw diet is what you need. Going from one drastic to the next is definitely not helping with any of your issues. 🫶💪✌️

Not a guarantee, but add more quality salt to your diet. sounds like a possible mineral deficiency/imbalance.
