Respect for private property (including bodily integrity) comes from only letting people onto the territory, that have been raised to protect it. Otherwise, you end up with more internal borders, like gated communities and village militias.
if every man's house is his castle we don't need no stinkin government or national borders. nation originally meant a usually related collection of families. in some regions this is still how territory is protected, and it's the natural law of human society.
governments are an imposition by psychopaths.
first, you abolish welfare and nobody's coming for that anymore
second, you don't interfere with people protecting their own property, and you don't need police or military
third, you have an open market in adjudication services to deal with cases of conflicts of claims.
government does all these things as a monopoly, and its product is destruction of civility.
also, who cares if the border is people's fucking property boundaries. those should be borders in any case, and are not because of government.

the government do not have a lawful right to claim jurisdiction over my property, they have no lawful rights at all, they are a fiction that people believe in. right now in most of the world governments are actively attacking the people within their "jurisdiction" and are destroying the fabric of society. along with all the activist NGOs and judges who are protecting the "rights" of the plunderers and marauding hordes of psychotic loons.
I agree. Governments have no authority whatsoever. Government is a cult. Countries are also cults. Identical to religion or any other form of cult. Government is fabricated, imagined authority due to deep brainwashing, sourced from the most psychopathic individuals that think they can control humanity.
Migrants build a country. Every human is a source of power and wealth. We are wealth generators. Most people who want to migrate to a different "country" (part of the world) just want a better life. Most are more than willing to work - if the system in place would just let them, instead of treating them like criminals. These people could contribute their energy and build your community that you so treasure. That gated community needs people willing to maintain it for you? Or do you just prefer to pay more for labor by restricting the number of people participating in that community.

And criminals - they exist in every community, all across the globe. We deal with those like any other. Migrants are not criminals. They are a resource.
