What did you use it for? I have saved some as just a dried herb, but I also once made pesto out of a blanched plant. I know a place where there's just starting to come out of the ground. Interested in any recipes

I reheated it and put it on rice with a bit of butter, lemon juice and a touch of a very spicy locally made salsa.
