I understand that Real ID is a form o a national id. If that's correct then what's the issue with it? Just curious
A question to answer a question. If its just a form of national ID why is the processes so different than say a state drivers license? There's a radical change in there thats concerning and I don't feel I have to spell it out.
And if you had to spell it out then what would it be?
I haven't kept up with this but the digital ID is real in iceland, Australia and New Zealand and law makers in fact WANT to tie both monetary usage and internet usage to it. It hasn't passed the legal process to enact yet.
And in Iceland you're cut off from the Internet if your social score is low?

It's probably convenient for most of the time (it means I can do things on my phone and without going to an office somewhere)
In any case I don't think it's gonna go any other direction. This is the way the world moves. Like it or not
