The more I stress, the more I avoid the solution.

The less I stress, the more solutions I find.

Sounds easy but its not.

I had my peak stress and breaking point throughout August and September.

Then I realise I do not have many of the problems that others have.

And I have many good things that others dont have.

Can that all disappear? yes

But better to live in the moment and appreciate what I have rather than stressing about losing it and never enjoying it in the first place.

We enter this universe with nothing.

The universe will make sure we leave with nothing.

The sooner one is comfortable with that concept, the better.
