Once well adapted to the carnivore diet, one mainly consisting of red meat, there is no need to consume supplements, except in certain specific cases. We can obtain all our nutrition from meat, including vitamins like Vitamin C. Furthermore, our requirement for various micronutrients decreases when not having to metabolize carbohydrates and fight against the chronic inflammation generated by high-carbohydrate diets (RDA's are not reliable).

So, it's better to save some money and buy more #bitcoin or better cuts instead.
