Much of the communities is up to how individual clients choose to support them.
The spec would also benefit if the approval kind also supported unapproval to correct mistakes.
Would be nice if clients had an option to show all posts with a filter for whether approved or not by at least one active moderator.
Something else Nostrudel needs is tools for other moderators to approve already approved posts, either individually or in bulk
Since moderators cant exclude users from a community for abuse/spam, their role is exceptionally limited and creates too much friction for post approval.
And I agree, need to have a protocol or flow defined for transferring ownership of a community. Right now its limited to moderators having to create a new community, post abouyt and approve post notifying the old community of new community if ever the owner dies, loses their signing key, etc.
