I’m now at hour 60 of an 86 hour fast.

Doing a 3-days fast at least once a year is extremely regenerative for your body and mind.

No food. Just water, black coffee and Himalayan salts for electrolytes every now and then.

Love and can do the 16 hr fast daily.

That’s my daily approach. Eating from noon until 8pm.

How are you feeling so far?

Good. Was a bit hungry yesterday evening but took some salts and drunk some water and that sorted it out
